Email us at hello@canberra.events with any question about your account, a booking or an event. We reply within 2 business days.
For questions about a specific event, such as timing, tickets or access, the organiser is usually the quickest to help. Use the contact option on the event page.
Delete your account
- In the iOS app: go to Profile and choose Delete account.
- On the web: go to Profile settings and choose Delete account under Privacy.
- By email: write to hello@canberra.events from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.
Deleting your account is permanent. Your profile, saved events, follows, comments and notification settings are removed. Records of past bookings and payments are kept without your name or contact details, because organisers and tax law need them. If you organise upcoming events that people have booked, cancel those events or ask us to transfer them first.
Report an event
If an event is misleading, a scam, spam or breaks our community guidelines, let us know. In the iOS app, open the event and choose Report. You can also email hello@canberra.events with a link to the event and what you noticed.
We review reports within 24 hours. Content that breaks our rules is removed and the accounts responsible may be suspended.
If you feel unsafe at an event, contact the organiser or venue staff. In an emergency, call 000.
