HIGHROAD x COLLECTOR
A Canberra District wine dinner

One night, one long table and some of the finest wines in the region.

We're teaming up with Alex McKay of Collector Wines for a dinner of five courses built around his wines. Kick things off with a glass of sparkling on arrival, then make your way through bright, savoury whites to the Murrumbateman shiraz that put Collector on the map. Alex will be with us on the night, pouring and sharing the stories behind each glass.

Tickets

  • Tickets are $140 per person plus a processing fee, and include five courses, six matched Collector wines (including sparkling on arrival) and service.

  • The processing fee is charged by our ticketing provider at the time of purchase and is not refundable.

  • Your ticket is your entry. Please have your confirmation ready on arrival, either printed or on your phone.

  • Tickets are for a seat at a shared long table. Seating is arranged by Highroad, though we'll do our best to seat groups who book together side by side.

No refunds

  • All ticket sales are final and tickets are not refundable, except where required by law.

  • Can't make it? You're welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend. Just email [email address] with their name at least [48 hours] before the event.

  • If we need to reschedule the event, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date.

Dietary requirements

  • This is a set menu designed around the wines. Please let us know of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking, or at least [7 days] before the event.

  • We'll do our best to accommodate, but we can't guarantee every requirement can be met, and our kitchen handles common allergens.

Age and responsible service

  • This is an 18+ event. Valid photo ID may be requested on entry.

  • Alcohol is served in line with responsible service of alcohol laws. Our team may decline service to anyone who appears intoxicated, and may refuse entry or ask guests to leave if needed.

  • Please plan your trip home. Dickson is well served by light rail, buses and taxis.
