2. Attendee Conduct and Event Safety
All attendees must behave respectfully towards other attendees, volunteers, performers, sponsors, venue staff and organisers.
Harassment, discrimination, violence, threatening behaviour, deliberate damage to property, or conduct that creates a safety risk will not be tolerated.
Guthi Canberra reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove, any person whose conduct is considered inappropriate, disruptive or unsafe, subject to applicable law.
Attendees must follow reasonable instructions issued by authorised event organisers, venue management and emergency personnel.
Attendees are responsible for their own conduct and for any loss or damage they cause to the venue, equipment, property or other persons, to the extent permitted by law.
Any attendee who chooses not to follow safety instructions may be required to leave the event. Any refund will be assessed in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and applicable law.

The organisers will make reasonable efforts to communicate dietary requirements to relevant food providers, where practicable.

Attendees with severe allergies or specific dietary needs should assess the available food information and take appropriate precautions.

6.2 Personal belongings
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guthi Canberra is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of attendees' personal belongings, including money, jewellery, mobile phones, cameras, clothing and other valuables, except to the extent that liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Attendees are responsible for keeping their belongings secure throughout the event.
6.3 Injuries, accidents and property damage
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guthi Canberra does not accept liability for loss, injury, damage, expense or claims arising from attendance at or participation in the event where that liability can lawfully be excluded.

6.4 Protection of panel members and representatives
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the event organiser's panel members, office bearers, committee members, volunteers and authorised representatives are not personally liable merely because they hold a position or perform authorised duties on behalf of Guthi Canberra.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions creates a personal guarantee by an individual panel member for the debts, obligations or liabilities of Guthi Canberra.
This clause does not protect an individual from liability for their own conduct where the law provides otherwise, nor does it prevent a person from being held liable where the law does not permit that liability to be excluded.
6.5 Third-party services and venue facilities
The event may involve services or facilities provided by third parties, including venues, caterers, performers, equipment providers and contractors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guthi Canberra is not responsible for independent acts or omissions of third parties to the extent that responsibility does not legally rest with Guthi Canberra. Nothing in this clause removes any legal responsibility that Guthi Canberra or another party may have under applicable law.
6.6 No exclusion of mandatory rights
Nothing in this section excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory right, duty of care or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under Australian law.
7. Alcohol and Responsible Behaviour
Any alcohol service or consumption at the event must comply with applicable laws, liquor licensing requirements and venue rules.
Alcohol may only be consumed where expressly permitted by the organisers and venue.
Proof of age may be required where applicable.
Intoxication, unsafe alcohol consumption, disorderly behaviour or conduct that places others at risk may result in removal from the event, subject to applicable law.
Attendees must not supply alcohol to persons where doing so would be unlawful.
8. Event Changes, Postponement and Unforeseen Circumstances
Guthi Canberra reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event program, schedule, seating, catering, performers or venue arrangements where necessary for operational, cultural, safety or other legitimate reasons.
Where reasonably practicable, attendees will be notified of significant changes.
If circumstances beyond the organisers' reasonable control arise, including severe weather, venue unavailability, government restrictions, emergencies or other unforeseen circumstances, Guthi Canberra may postpone, relocate, modify or cancel the event where necessary.
Guthi Canberra will communicate material changes as soon as reasonably practicable and determine the appropriate response in accordance with applicable law and the refund provisions below.

Guthi Canberra may take reasonable steps to address safety or compliance concerns, including refusing entry or removing an attendee where justified and lawful.
11. General Provisions
These Terms & Conditions apply to ticket holders and attendees to the extent permitted by law.
If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed or limited to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
No provision is intended to create a personal guarantee or impose personal financial responsibility on an individual panel member solely because of their position within Guthi Canberra.
Any waiver or variation of these Terms & Conditions must be authorised by Guthi Canberra.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a ticket, attendees agree to these Terms & Conditions, subject to applicable law.
