There is nothing like the taste of home-made jam, traditional chutneys and garden-fresh herbs. Made with seasonal organic produce from the Arboretum's very own Kitchen Garden and fruits from the forests, stock up with jams, chutneys, preserves, seedlings and more. Gather in the comfort of the Village Centre to purchase your homemade goodies and seedlings. Find the perfect gift for that special someone. Visit the Kitchen Garden for inspiration on what can be grown in your backyard. The garden is maintained, harvested, produced and preserved by Arboretum volunteers. Useful information: The Arboretum Village Centre and Kitchen Garden are wheelchair accessible. This will be a cashless event, with card only payments. All proceeds go towards funding Friends of the Arboretum projects at the National Arboretum Canberra.
