- Tickets are non-refundable.
- Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. WITH-ME accepts no liability for injury, illness, or loss.
- By booking, you agree to our Code of Conduct (respectful behaviour expected) and Media Policy (photos and videos may be taken at events).
Acknowledgement of Safety & Risk
- I understand and acknowledge that activities organised or conducted by WITH-ME involve inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, burns, knife handling, and other potential injuries sustained during food preparation or participation in physical or social activities.
- I accept full responsibility for communicating any physical, medical, or psychological conditions that may affect my ability to safely take part.
- I agree that it would be unreasonable for WITH-ME to be held liable for any injury, illness, or loss arising from participation, and to the full extent permitted by law, I waive all legal rights of action against and fully release WITH-ME, its officers, facilitators, representatives, and organisers from liability.
- My participation is voluntary and undertaken entirely at my own risk, with full understanding of the nature and extent of those risks.
Code of Conduct
- All attendees are expected to contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere, refraining from behaviour that could cause physical, emotional, or psychological harm to others.
- WITH-ME reserves the right to remove any participant who engages in inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour.
Media Release
- By attending, I acknowledge and grant WITH-ME and its organisers the right to capture my likeness, voice, and participation through photography, videography, or audio recordings during events and activities.
- These materials may be used for promotional, informational, or educational purposes, including but not limited to social media, the WITH-ME website, promotional flyers, and public relations.
- If I do not wish to be photographed, recorded, or filmed, I must inform organisers in writing. While reasonable efforts will be made to honour this request, WITH-ME cannot guarantee that I will not appear incidentally in group or background media.
- By participating, I waive any claims relating to the use of my image, voice, or activities as described above.
Registration & Waiver Completion
- Participation in WITH-ME activities is conditional upon acceptance of these terms.
- Any participant who does not agree to these terms, or fails to complete the waiver when required, acknowledges that they waive their right to participate in WITH-ME activities.
- By proceeding with registration, I confirm I have had adequate opportunity to review these terms and conditions.
