This winter, Water's Edge Canberra—one of the ACT's most celebrated fine dining destinations—presents its 3-course Truffle Menu.

The menu is created by Executive Chef Avtar Singh and showcases fresh Australian black Périgord truffle at the peak of its season.

Set on the shores of Lake Burley Griffin in Parkes, Water's Edge brings together its 1 Chef Hat standard of cooking and the Canberra region's world-class truffle harvest for a winter dining experience unlike any other in the capital.
