The next chapter in Restaurant Two14's Taste of Italy returns, inviting you to journey to Piedmont this September.
Chef Federico and his team have carefully crafted a six-course degustation and wine pairing inspired by the elegance of Savoy heritage and the rich flavours of northern Italy, while celebrating the exceptional produce of Canberra.
The menu includes a selection of dishes, such as traditional Piedmontese hand-cut beef tartare with toasted crostini, traditional hand-pinched pasta filled with porcini mushrooms and local truffle, slow-cooked veal with a delicate tuna and caper cream, roasted duck fillet served with chestnut purée and potato gratin, carnaroli rice cooked slowly with creamy Gorgonzola, refreshing lemon sorbet, and classic Piedmontese chocolate and amaretti pudding finished with caramel.
