At the heart of the garden is the signature Underground Spirits Cocktail High Tea: a 90-minute experience featuring a Floriade Gin and Tonic on arrival, a handcrafted cocktail served from a teapot into mismatched vintage teacups, and a beautiful selection of sweet and savoury delicacies created by Canberra's celebrated L'épi Artisan Bakery.
Visitors are welcome to drop in for drinks throughout Floriade, while bookings are recommended for Cocktail High Tea and the Gin Garden's immersive group experiences.
