About this event

Immerse yourself in a breathtaking 90-minute stargazing experience and discover the wonders of the universe with a passionate local astronomer.

Using a state-of-the-art telescope, you may observe the Moon's craters and seas, Saturn's rings, Jupiter and its moons, Mars, Venus, the Orion Nebula, star clusters, double and triple stars, and deep space objects such as galaxies. If you're lucky, you might even spot a shooting star.

Learn to navigate the night sky during a laser-guided naked-eye astronomy session, where you may see the Milky Way, satellites and the International Space Station. Hear fascinating stories about the constellations, their history and cultural significance, then enjoy astronomy binocular viewing and ask questions during a Q&A with your expert guide.

To make the evening even more comfortable, warm blankets, hot chocolate and organic herbal tea are provided, along with free parking. Suitable for children aged four years and over.
