Join Head Chef Federico Pitasi for an intimate Chef's Table lunch celebrating the timeless flavours of Rome.
Please note this is a shared long-table experience, all 30 guests are seated together at one beautifully dressed table, with all dishes served to share. It's relaxed, convivial and very Roman.
The lunch begins with house-made focaccia and Supplì al Telefono, followed by Rome's iconic pasta trilogy, Tonnarelli Cacio e Pepe, Maccheroni alla Carbonara and Bucatini all'Amatriciana, and concludes with a shared Tiramisu. Throughout the meal, Chef Federico shares the history and tradition behind each Roman classic.
